Delivery and Returns

Stock permitting all orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order by Starfish Bay. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

Our standard delivery charge is £5.95 per parcel for addresses in mainland UK. Please allow 2 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are usually made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

For non-mainland UK addresses (Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight) please email us for delivery charges. We currently do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

We have every confidence in our products, however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us at your cost within 7 days, in the same condition that it was delivered and packed in its original packaging for a replacement or refund. If the product is not in fully saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. When returning an item please contact our office by email or telephone and we will provide you with the address for our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them.
